There is a strong chance that you may have tried to quit by means of will-power alone. Or you may have tried one of the nicotine replacement therapies such as patches or gum ... and failed.
Now - you want to succeed. And you can. You can successfully overcome your smoking habit with a single two and a half hour session of hypnotherapy; two and a half hours which can help you change your life.
For hypnotherapy can give you the essential psychological support you need to quit once and for all.
The therapeutic session is specifically designed to re-enforce your own wish and determination to stop smoking – and help make the transition to being a non-smoker far easier than you may have expected.
What happens during the hypnotic state is that beneficial, positive suggestions direct at the unconscious mind, quickly influence expectations and behaviour, both bolstering the wish to stop smoking and making it easier to do so.
